Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain Mexico team at McCain Mexico, S.A. De C. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Sales & Operation Planning Process (S&OP) aligned with the demand needs of our clients, ensuring forecast accuracy and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee product supply based on the analysis of sales indicators and inventory, interacting with the international team.
  • Lead the S&OP meetings and seek and implement efficiencies and improvements in the process.
  • Generate baseline data under statistical processes, which will serve as the basis for the forecast to be built with the commercial team, marketing team, and business intelligence.
  • Communicate Mexico demand to the team in other regions through Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning in the consumer goods industry, preferably in the food industry.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAP (APO).
  • English language proficiency at an advanced level.
