The Sales Executive role at WHV Resorts Cabo, LLC is a dynamic position that requires a strong focus on guest satisfaction and sales performance. The primary goal of this position is to present and engage our guests in the opportunity to become owners of exceptional vacation experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and promote our vacation ownership products to guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Meet and greet guests as specified, adhering to standard work hours and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Focus on achieving individual performance goals and contributing to the overall site's VPG and closing percentage.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings through required training sessions.
- Discuss terms, conditions, and product pricing with guests, effectively gaining their commitment to purchase.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with availability to work flexible schedules.
- Exceptional customer service skills, positive disposition, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, follow up, build business partnerships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
