Job Summary
As a Project Quality Engineer, you will be the voice of the Plant and manufacturing process within AS100 projects. You will lead and understand AS100 Quality tasks, working closely with the AS100 CFT from TG0 to TG4 located in the plant. Your goal will be to ensure that the product and manufacturing process are developed together in a consistent way.
Strategic Context and Challenges
You will work proactively on Project tasks to drive towards a Zero Defect launch. This means that you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential quality issues before they become major problems. You will also work closely with production quality predominantly in Phase 3 and Phase 4 of the AS100 project.
Deliverables
Your key deliverables will include:
- AS100 Quality Tasks (e.g. CC/SC list, AS403, etc)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5 years of experience in Automotive manufacturing (desirable)
- Quality Engineering role as previous work position
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) - required
- Fluency in Local language (if other than English) - preferred
- Travel disposition - Local and international
- Weekend disposition if needed
