We are seeking a highly skilled University Relations Program Manager to spearhead initiatives that build a strong and diverse talent pipeline. The successful candidate will craft and implement strategies to attract exceptional talent from various backgrounds, encouraging an inclusive workforce.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement programs to build a PhD hiring pipeline.
- Translate global strategies into localized programs that improve the scale, quality, and diversity of our talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other team members to ensure hiring needs are in line with global strategies.
- Build and implement inventive programs that engage, pipeline, and attract outstanding talent through non-traditional pathways.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and proven experience in program/process management within the HR/Talent Acquisition field.
- Extensive knowledge of recruitment processes, technologies, and recruitment marketing.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and agility skills.
- Experience in regional/global or cross-cultural project management.
- Experience in talent attraction and acquisition, especially non-traditional talent sourcing.
