Job Summary

Vyve Broadband is seeking a skilled Broadband Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and troubleshooting our broadband, cable, and phone services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial installations of internet, phone, and cable services
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver a spectacular customer experience by providing excellent service and support
• Upsell current services such as internet speeds to customers
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Customer-focused and willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
• Hard worker with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
