About the Role

Littelfuse, a leading global manufacturer of electronic components, is seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to join its team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a critical role in evaluating and interpreting complex financial accounting statements to determine operational costs for manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trend Analysis: Identify trends where operations in a plant(s) are not tracking vs plan from a cost perspective and propose potential solutions to close gaps.
  • Financial Reporting: Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure accurate information.
  • Reconciliation: Lead reconciliations (preparation, review, and approval) to ensure that accounting tasks follow established company procedures and regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate internal procedures and analytical statements to recommend changes to improve reporting and analysis of data.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Fluent English Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
  • Experience: Five to seven years of experience in a similar role.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Deep knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Global Manufacturing Experience: Experience working with global manufacturing companies preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
