Key Responsibilities:- Lead consultants and internal resources to develop contract documents and manage project budgets.
- Oversee the development of contract documents, facilitate contracts, and represent the company at construction sites.
- Be the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assemble consultant teams, identify scope of work, collect fees, and select consultants.
- Coordinate all trades to achieve a complete, coordinated set of contract documents and specifications.
- Conduct local, county, state, and federal project code searches and analysis.
- Ensure the financial success of all responsible projects.
- 10+ years of experience in architecture, with a focus on managing large-scale projects and master plans.
- Ability to coordinate complete sets of contract documents for construction.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
- Thorough knowledge of building codes.
