**Position Overview**:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Advisory Risk Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and delivering operations risk management, audit, and internal compliance and regulatory compliance solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Work with clients to understand their GRC business, processes, workflows, and reporting
Provide guidance on best practices and usage of our products to achieve best results
Leverage Diligent methodology to configure and implement Diligent's GRC products (Audit, Risk Management, Internal and Regulatory Compliance, ESG)
Enable customers to use our product to manage their GRC business
Ensure a good customer experience during the implementation journey
Ensure timely and quality delivery of the services contracted by customers
Proactively Identify changes to contracted services and engage Delivery Managers to manage for appropriate handling

**Required Experience/Skills**:

2-5 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role
Preferable, 1-2 years supporting GRC programs or solutions with focus on Audit, Risk Management, Internal and Regulatory Compliance and Reporting
Ability to effectively engage customers in solution discussions in the above-mentioned domain
Preferable, 1-2-year experience in implementing and supporting technology products preferably for a Policy Management Software
Ability to work as part of a team to deliver in tight timeframes and respond quickly in an ever-changing environment
Preferable, but not mandatory to have Python scripting experience

**Preferred Experience/Skills**:

Amazing communication skills
Demonstrate effective time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience with GRC and/or analytics tool is a plus
Experience in a platform-based products/solutions is an added advantage
Undergraduate degree in a relevant area (e.g. Business Administration, Compliance Management, Audit and Risk Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security or MIS) is a plus
