Global Customer Experience Manager

American International Group seeks a highly skilled customer service professional to join our team as a Global Customer Experience Manager.
Responsibilities include handling incoming calls from clients, explaining policy benefits and making arrangements for emergency medical treatment, tracking delayed luggage and explaining the process for Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption benefits, and documenting each case with care.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer service, be fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, possess basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and exhibit effective teamwork, communication, and customer service skills. A strong orientation to problem-solving and sense of responsibility are essential qualities for this role.
In this position, you will play a vital role in providing superior support to clients traveling in Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries. Your trilingual skills will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and resolve their concerns efficiently.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and your level of experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
