Job Title: Director FP&A, Products

At Warner Bros. Discovery, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director FP&A, Products to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will be responsible for leading the planning functions for our Products and Experiences COE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with COE leadership to execute transition plans
  • Ensure timely delivery of planning responsibilities, including forecast preparation, forecast submission, and budget preparation
  • Ensure timely delivery of reporting responsibilities, including actuals versus forecast variance reporting
  • Ensure timely delivery of analysis for functional area of responsibility, including initial review and analysis of variance reporting
  • Ensure the ongoing development of team members, including professional and people skills, knowledge of the business, and team engagement
  • Partner with stakeholders for the execution of key initiatives, including global process alignment, continuous improvement, and effective change management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years related professional experience, with at least 8 years' experience in a management position
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree in a related field a plus
  • English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, financial planning, analysis and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes
  • Process oriented with a solid understanding of accounting principles, and internal control concepts
  • Experience in project management and process improvement
  • Experience managing large teams, commercial and media experience a plus
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization, strong problem resolution skills, and a high degree of integrity, tact, and diplomacy
  • Effective communicator at all levels of the organization, with the ability to influence others and negotiate outcomes
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills required
