**Job Summary**

At Turner & Townsend, we're passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Project Manager MEP, you'll play a critical role in analyzing electromechanical and special installations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze and evaluate construction drawings, technical specifications, and scope of works to ensure compliance with Mexican standards and client requirements.
  • Develop and control reports, monitor contractor qualifications, and recommend actions for improvement.
  • Directly monitor work sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and cost estimates.
  • Contribute to risk analysis, update project risks matrix, and implement safety standards and best practices.
  • Plan and execute work, including installation of process, electrical, and mechanical equipment, plant inspection, and checkout, pre-commissioning, and commissioning planning.
  • Manage work planning, scheduling, and execution, and facilitate design reviews.
  • Review and evaluate contractor bids, and communicate with clients on day-to-day site activities.
  • Prepare and present reports, and attend weekly meetings as scheduled.

**Requirements**

  • 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Project Manager coordinating MEP design and construction on Industrial / Manufacturing / Data Center projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Automation Systems.
  • Commissioning experience is required.
