About the Role: We're seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You'll work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to define testing strategies and ensure alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and define testing strategies
  • Identify and report defects, working with the team to resolve them quickly and efficiently
  • Drive continuous improvement by bringing insights and experience to enhance our processes, tools, and techniques
  • Learn and grow by taking advantage of training opportunities and gaining deeper knowledge of Salesforce
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of experience in a QA role, with a proven track record of maintaining and improving software quality
  • Passion for quality and a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically and creatively
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage, but we're open to teaching you if you bring the passion to learn
  • Impactful experience and a desire to make a real difference
