About The Role
- Collaborate with Development teams to design, deploy, and operate cloud-based applications on the AWS/Azure platform.
- Develop and implement automation tools to streamline operations and processes.
- Design and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations, and troubleshoot and resolve issues in non-prod and production environments.
- Be responsible for developing tools that ensure availability, automation, performance, efficiency, scaling, monitoring, and emergency response of the various cloud implementation work undertaken by TR teams.
- Utilize your expertise in system availability, architecture, people, systems, and processes to continuously improve uptime, performance, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
About You
- Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps and/or Cloud.
- Proficiency in Azure / AWS cloud platform – s3, cloudfront, cloudformation, RDS, OpenSearch, Active MQ.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, preferably on AWS Developer tools.
- Scripting knowledge, preferably in Python / Bash or Powershell.
- Experience with building and deploying containers / Kubernetes.
- Knowledge on Infrastructure as code like: Bicep or Terraform, Ansible.
- Experience with GitHub Action, Powershell, and GitOps.
- Experience with setting up monitoring tools and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
