What will help you succeed:
- Advanced English skills.
- Basic/beginner level understanding of IAM concepts and functions including authentication, authorization, directories, single sign-on, multi-factor, identity verification, user fraud detection.
- Working knowledge and experience navigating operating systems including Windows and Linux.
- Working knowledge and experience with peripheral technologies like Network (protocols, firewall, edge services), Middleware (Apache, IHS, etc.), and database (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Basic understanding of application architectures (mobile, SPAs, traditional web, etc.).
- Direct experience with Ping Identity and/or Microsoft Azure EntraID is highly desired.
- Experience with DevOps is a plus (Cloud Native Platform, AWS, Rancher, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Proven communication ability - both verbal and written, including comfort communicating with business partners, application teams, and users.
