**Job Summary**

As a key member of our culinary team, the Supervisor De Cocina will oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of cooks and kitchen staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Determine the presentation of food and create decorative food displays, ensuring a visually appealing experience for our guests.
  • Monitor the quantity of food prepared and inform Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock items.
  • Prepare special meals or substitute items as needed, and assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks.
  • Provide cooks with needed items and maintain kitchen logs for food safety and quality control.
