Business Intelligence Solutions Lead

At Google Cloud, we're looking for a Business Intelligence Solutions Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will use data to inform business and product decisions across the company. You will build tools to automate reporting and generate insight that will allow clients to quickly and accurately see how our key business products and processes are performing.

You'll be involved in projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that the reporting delivers high-quality and relevant data to intelligently grow our business. You will work with a range of other business intelligence tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with global geographically distributed strategy and operations leads, business program managers, data engineers and data analysts to understand, implement and deploy actionable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that will be deployed by the data engineering team.
  • Design and guide the team to build innovative, user-oriented solutions for internal teams.
  • Define user metrics for deployed tools, assess current state solutions, and outline strategies to improve overall adoption and usage.
  • Drive best practice improvements for both system and process to achieve data integrity, data transparency and an efficient user experience.
