Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline required
    • Master's degree preferred
  • Experience
    • 8+ years' experience in program management and engineering, and/or operations (automotive electronics preferred)
    • Product and process launch experience strongly preferred
  • Skills
    • Ability to work effectively across functional and geographic boundaries
    • Successful leadership of cross-functional teams
    • Experience with leading others, including influencing, motivating, and building an effective team
    • High level of technical competence, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
