About the Team:
The Research Operations team is a key component of the Zillow Research & Insights department, working closely with researchers, designers, product managers, marketers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality research experiences for Zillow customers.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Operations Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing researcher enablement programs, streamlining research operations processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Center of Excellence: Establish and lead participant sourcing processes across participant profiles and quantitative methods to ensure researcher efficiency and compliance.
- User List Management: Develop, implement, and own user list processes across Zillow Research + Insights in partnership with Data Science and Marketing Operations.
- Panel Management: Consolidate and manage two B2B research participant panels.
- Metrics: Track the health and utility of different recruiting methods and all-up record keeping of studies completed, participants recruited, etc.
- Tool Management: Manage ZRI's research tool suite, including access and use administration, maintenance of best practices documentation, and tooling strategy.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in research operations program management
- 3+ years of experience working with research teams (e.g., UX Research, Market Research)
- Experience recruiting participants for research studies from internal user lists, internal panels, and third-party samples
- Setting up and maintaining internal recruiting panels
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce results
Preferred Qualifications:
- Process mapping experience
- Experience with Qualtrics
- People management experience; strong coaching and development skills
