About the Role:
Amazon is seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist with a strong background in Analytics and Cloud technologies to join our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Startup team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for AWS Analytics solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive adoption and revenue growth for AWS Analytics solutions
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, architects, and executives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Analytics and Cloud spaces
About the Team:
Our WWSO Startup team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that is dedicated to helping Startups scale quickly and cost-effectively on AWS. We are looking for a talented Business Development Specialist who is passionate about Analytics and Cloud technologies and has a proven track record of driving business growth and adoption.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Consulting, with a focus on Analytics and Cloud technologies
- Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, data lakes, data integration, and ETL processes
- Experience working with Startups and entrepreneurs, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
