Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Analyst to join our team at Aptiv. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Interface with various departments and teams to ensure effective inventory management
  • Lead a team of inventory coordinators to ensure accurate and timely inventory counts
  • Report to the Senior Materials Analyst, providing regular updates on inventory levels and metrics
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels in SAP, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize inventory management
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Generate regular reports on inventory levels, sales, and other key metrics
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
  • Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Post scrap inventory in SAP on a weekly basis
  • Review and analyze inventory levels to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Control excess and obsolete inventory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 4 years of experience in materials management (preferred)
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP

Work Location: In-person at our Aptiv facility

Salary: $16, $28,000.00 per month
