The Role

We are seeking an experienced System Architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Windows Server infrastructure, including file and print servers, IIS web servers, application servers, and infrastructure servers. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the high availability of our IT services and the adoption of industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Windows Server infrastructure solutions, including forest, policies, trusts, replication, and topology
  • Implement and maintain Active Directory services, including user and group administration, GPOs, OUs, resources, security principals, replication, DNS, and group policy management
  • Configure and troubleshoot Azure VMware, load balancers, disaster recovery, and backup solutions
  • Collaborate with architects, internal departments, and partners to ensure successful project implementation and release management
  • Provide expert-level patch management tasks and automation support using tools like BigFix
  • Ensure system security and best practices, including monitoring technologies and vulnerability management
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation and technical manuals
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of infrastructure diagrams and technical documentation

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Expert-level experience with Microsoft Azure, patch management, Citrix, and Windows administration
  • Advanced Group Policy Management design and configuration
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Azure and Windows
  • Strong authoring and debugging skills with system scripting languages (PowerShell, PowerCLI, Windows batch scripts)
  • Knowledge of monitoring technologies and vulnerability management
