ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This position is part of the Finance - Function Management team.
Reports to: Operations Finance Manager.
Reporting Level: Senior Level.
Geographic Scope: Mexico.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prepare various analytical and management reports for the business in a timely and precise manner. Provide clarity and insights, explaining the rationale behind the financial data within the scope of control. Develop monthly forecasts and annual budgets, along with planning and variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and opportunities for improvement. Generate insights based on daily developments that may affect the defined targets. Assist with ad-hoc financial reports and projects as assigned, including new business initiatives. The role requires an individual who is committed to contributing as a business partner, seeks continuous improvement, possesses a consumer-focused mindset, and is an excellent team player. Develop strong arguments to support key investment decisions across operational areas. Identify and drive continuous improvement in key financial processes. Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business, or a related discipline. Final year students or recent graduates. 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Finance or a related field (relevant internship experience is acceptable). Proficient in English (both oral and written). Excellent skills in MS Excel. Willingness to relocate globally.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Power BI. Familiarity with financial software packages (e.g., SAP). Experience in the FMCG sector. Intercultural competencies from international experiences or diverse backgrounds. Proven leadership capabilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and proficient in data mining and consolidating large datasets. A drive for excellence, with high expectations for the quality of work, proactive in nature, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
