**Job Description**

Ametek, Inc. is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions. As a Customer Service Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Supervise and mentor customer service representatives to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
