Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with USA accounting practices.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, reconciling factor receivables and credit card deposits.
• Prepare and analyze Sales Commission reports, communicating with sales representatives.
• Monitor and review expense reports, ensuring accurate allocation of expenses across departments.
• Maintain fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and disposals, as well as set up new account credit review and terms.
• Reconcile AP between the GL and Sub Ledgers, preparing GL journals as required.
• Manage all corporate bank accounts, ensuring seamless financial operations.
