Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize inventory levels, lead times, and shipping processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on supply chain best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain function, preferably in a global organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ATP
  • Knowledge of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Developed understanding of HP's overall supply chain strategy
