About the Role

As a Food Partnership Development Specialist, you will utilize your sales expertise and people management skills to expand our portfolio of restaurant partners across various cities in Mexico. If you're a natural at selling, enjoy food, and have a talent for building impactful partnerships, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

Your Responsibilities

You will lead the charge in identifying and acquiring new restaurants that align with our partnership goals while driving success for both parties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing relationships with restaurant partners in your region by leveraging prospecting skills and connections.
  • Hunting new restaurants, using diverse channels and sales methodologies to bring in high-quality partners.
  • Negotiating contracts that set the stage for long-lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Articulating value and showcasing the latest products and solutions.
  • Developing long-term relationships with key partners, helping them grow their business.
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborating with Operations and Account Managers to onboard and activate partners efficiently.
  • Sharing best practices and developing innovative solutions that elevate our sales processes.
  • Acting as an ambassador for Uber Eats' mission, brand, and products.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with prospects via email and phone, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new partners.

Your Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of sales and people management experience in fast-paced environments.
  • A proven track record in cold-calling and business development.
  • Prior experience leading sales teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Expertise in prospecting and closing transactional deals.
  • Experience using CRM tools (like Salesforce) to manage day-to-day activities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing to drive partner success.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A team-first mentality with a positive attitude and passion for learning.
  • The ability to travel within your assigned territory.
