- Risk Avoidance: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with product manufacturing and process implementation.
- Product Compliance: Ensure that all products meet or exceed regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Cause Chain Analysis: Identify and analyze the root causes of problems to implement effective solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and process optimization.
- Lean Initiatives: Facilitate and implement lean principles to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in product manufacturing and process development.
- Skills: Advanced English language proficiency, expertise in metalworking processes, drawing interpretation, and geometric tolerances, proficiency in software such as NX, Autocad, and Solidworks, and relevant experience with line transferences.
- Personal Qualities: Hands-on work ethic, out-of-the-box thinking, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, greenbelt certification, and proficiency in computer skills.
