Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure timely delivery of products and components.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage raw material orders and follow-up on delivery.
  • Transform engineering BOMs to manufacturing BOMs and evaluate product profitability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to complete projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Industrial engineering degree or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project/launch management.
  • 5+ years of experience with injection molding and assembly processes for the automotive industry.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Relocation to Zacatecas, Mexico.
