We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team at Naps in AV Mina De Guadalupe, CP 36275. As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely production and delivery of materials ordered by customers.

Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused professional who can analyze customers' material requirements and respond to changes in a timely manner. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate shipments of processed materials to assigned customers, resolve any issues arising from requirement changes, material shortages, manufacturing difficulties, and the like.

Duties:

  • Analyze customers' material requirements in the context of ERP system parameters, including authorization levels, lead times, minimum order amounts, and safety stock levels.
  • Respond to changes in customer requirements by communicating with Scheduling, Shipping, and Purchasing staff.
  • Inform customers when changes can and cannot be accommodated; work with customers to obtain advance notice of intentions as called for by pre-arranged contract.
  • Enter and review customer purchase requests once processed by the system.
  • Manage distribution (ship request) documents to ensure timely delivery of customers' material.
  • Cordinate with Shipping Department to maintain a manageable flow of outgoing goods.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required relating to the supply of materials to Shawmut customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Purchasing within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as ERP system experience, is strongly preferred. The ability to interact with all levels and disciplines of internal and vendor organizations both domestic and international is essential.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

This salary range is based on industry standards for similar positions in the automotive manufacturing industry in Mexico. It's worth noting that salaries can vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
