About This Role

**Job Summary**

The Risk Control Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management framework to ensure the company's operations are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a risk taxonomy to identify and categorize potential risks
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks
  • Establish and lead the internal Risk Committee to ensure effective risk management
  • Develop and maintain a risk dashboard to monitor and report on risk exposure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management is integrated into business operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or engineering
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in internal control and operational risk management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business, Criminal Justice, Information Security, Risk Management, or MIS degree
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified CRISC
