Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Systems Senior Analyst to join our team at Vertiv. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for leading various types of audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Audits: Conduct and lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with Quality Standards.
  • Corrective Actions: Handle and oversee corrective and preventive actions originated from internal audits.
  • Quality Manual: Supervise the update of the Quality Manual and ensure proper changes are made.
  • Results Review: Review results from Quality Meetings and update the Quality Manual accordingly.
  • Internal QMS: Develop and maintain the internal Quality Management System.
  • ISO 9001 Elements: Review and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 elements.
  • Department Manual: Review and ensure compliance with the Department Manual.
  • Schedule Audits: Schedule and perform internal audits.
  • Functional Audits: Conduct functional audits on the Quality System of the division.
  • Calibration Department: Oversee the calibration department.
  • Tracker System: Coordinate and update the tracker system for corrective and preventive actions.
  • Reports: Prepare reports on the status of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Audit Techniques: Provide education and training on audit techniques to associates.
  • Training Sessions: Plan and conduct training sessions on audit techniques.
  • Audit Program: Define and establish the purpose and scope of the audit program.
  • Document Control: Oversee document control of the facility.
  • External Quality Audit: Coordinate the external Quality Audit process.
  • Management Reports: Prepare management reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • ISO 9001 Audits: Experience conducting internal and external ISO 9001 audits.
  • Successful Implementation: Successful implementation of ISO 9001.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with the 8-D tool.
