Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineering Specialist to join our team at Ivemsa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic engineering and previous experience in new product introduction (NPI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the introduction of new products, including receiving and following up on new product documents.
- Act as the primary contact with customers on product technology.
- Manage new project development, schedule control, and reporting.
- Evaluate the output of new products and lead the NPI team to resolve building issues in a timely manner.
- Provide proposals for cost reduction in design for manufacturing (DFM) and test optimization (DFT).
- Handle new product documents, including component specifications, RoHS statements, electronic part approvals, and material part number creation.
- Manage MRB handling and guide the team to resolve major abnormal problems in the production process.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in applied electronic technology, electronic information engineering, or mechatronics.
- At least 5 years of experience in NPI of consumer electronics, medical, or audio products.
- Proficient in using CAM350 and PADS software, as well as office software.
- Excellent English language skills, with a minimum of 80% proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Solid professional knowledge of analog and digital electricity, as well as familiarity with commonly used electronic and mechanical parts.
- Rich experience in optimizing product test and manufacturing processes to achieve low costs, high quality, and long service life.
- Serious and responsible work ethic, with good team awareness and communication skills.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $5,000.00 to $50,000.00 per month. The job is based in a physical office setting.
