Eaton Corporation's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a highly skilled CRM Supervisor to oversee the accounting processes for the Global Financial Services Sector (GFSS).
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Supervise the monthly closing process for Mexico ledgers running under the Oracle system.
2. Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of ICA and Treasury processes for sites under Oracle.
3. Review payroll transactions booked into Oracle for the Mexico Ledgers.
4. Review Balance Sheet Reconciliations prepared for the Mexico sites under the scope.
5. Supervise Intercompany transactions prepared for the sites under the scope.
6. Support and/or lead department activities related to process improvements and standard work.
7. Supervise Intercompany Transactions, supervise Income / Invoicing Records and Control AR and AP accounts for the Mexico Sites.
8. Develop the financial function and personnel into customer-oriented professionals with responsibility for developing and improving local and corporate policies, standards and agreements, technical accounting expertise, controls and business systems in conjunction with local requirements and WHQ guidelines.
9. Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement to achieve departmental and GFSS goals. Support site, functional or corporate initiatives.
10. Collaborate with the Internal Control Audit and Statutory Audits for the Mexico Oracle sites and activities under the scope.
11. Other activities assigned by supervisor or special requirements from management or company.
12. Maintain a safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor degree necessary.
2. 3 - 5 years of experience in finance/accounting and auditing within a Big 4 Firm as Senior Auditor or supervisor in a multinational company.
**Preferred Skills:**
1. Knowledge of Mexican statutory reporting requirements.
2. Sound understanding of Tax regulation.
3. Fluid English communication - written and spoken.
4. Communication skills and team work capability.
5. Ability to operate and deliver independently without day to day supervision.
