Job Summary:

The Plant Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting operations of the IAC Group plant. This includes managing the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the plant's budget and forecast, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  3. Compliance: Ensure that all financial transactions and reporting are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
  4. Accounting Operations: Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the plant, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  5. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management on financial strategy and operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the Plant Controller will need to have:

  1. 5-8 years of experience in a similar position.
  2. Knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  3. Experience with financial reporting and budgeting software.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Hyperion, AS400, BPCS, Accounting Packages, Manufacturing Cost, Financial Planning, Project Valuation, Import & Export.
