About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CORPORATE LAWYER to support our operations and ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

As a CORPORATE LAWYER, you will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive support to the Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain seamless company operations.
• Managing all types of legal matters, including commercial documents, contracts, labor issues, and developing strategies to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Spearheading high-impact processes within the legal department, such as Human Resources initiatives and process improvements.
• Acting as a liaison between the company and external law firms.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A completed law degree (intern or graduate).
• Advanced conversational and written English language skills.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in managing legal matters within a company.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and administrative law.
• A basic understanding of civil, criminal law, personal data protection, and intellectual property.

Work Environment:
