Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordinator of all departments and related functions during the launch of a program.
- Ensure that the plant allocates the necessary resources for each new program.
- Coordinate with the Program Manager on program reviews to ensure flawless program execution.
- Drive continuous innovation and CI culture.
- Delegate activities and responsibility to all team members according to their role in the organization.
- Develop communication skills for reporting and continuous communication with upper management and directors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 05 years of automotive-related product launch or program management experience.
- Previous experience as a member of the electronic automotive industry (SMT, Backend, assembly) is required.
- Knowledge of Automotive Customer's requirements.
- Proven experience using common continuous improvement tools (i.e., Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) and manufacturing disciplines and techniques.
- Attention to detail with accuracy, leadership, teamwork, customer-focused, strong organization, and communication.
- TS 16949, IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP, PM, LPMP, Manufacturing disciplines, TWW, LLM, HR policies and procedures.
- English level advanced.
