**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain process maps to identify areas for improvement and communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, benefits, and cost estimates.
  • Analyze and document program development, logic, process flows, and specifications to make recommendations for improvements.
  • Support the implementation of systems across a global supply chain landscape, including factories and distribution centers.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to conduct user acceptance testing and document user manuals.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and articulate an understanding of how solutions will impact present and future business needs.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Solid background in business enablement through technology.
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to question thought partners across functional areas.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products.
  • Ability to partner with software engineers, citizen developers, and quality analysts to identify course of resolutions.
  • Modeling Techniques: Object Orientation analysis, UML (e.g. Use Cases, Activity Diagrams).
  • In-depth understanding of the various software development lifecycles (e.g. Agile, RUP, and Waterfall).

**Travel Requirements**

Must be willing and able to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
