**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain process maps to identify areas for improvement and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, benefits, and cost estimates.
- Analyze and document program development, logic, process flows, and specifications to make recommendations for improvements.
- Support the implementation of systems across a global supply chain landscape, including factories and distribution centers.
- Partner with business stakeholders to conduct user acceptance testing and document user manuals.
- Coordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and articulate an understanding of how solutions will impact present and future business needs.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum three years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Solid background in business enablement through technology.
- Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to question thought partners across functional areas.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products.
- Ability to partner with software engineers, citizen developers, and quality analysts to identify course of resolutions.
- Modeling Techniques: Object Orientation analysis, UML (e.g. Use Cases, Activity Diagrams).
- In-depth understanding of the various software development lifecycles (e.g. Agile, RUP, and Waterfall).
**Travel Requirements**
Must be willing and able to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
