About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at FEVISA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth planning and execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Order Management: Receive and review shipping orders from external customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  2. Inventory Management: Coordinate with external customers to manage stock levels and collection of packing materials.
  3. Transportation Scheduling: Schedule logistics operations, including transportation personnel and equipment.
  4. Load Monitoring: Monitor transit loads and ensure physical delivery of products to final customers.
  5. Collaboration with Production: Work closely with the production planner to ensure efficient shipment of finished products.
  6. ERP System Management: Manage ERP software (QAD or similar) to track and optimize logistics operations.
  7. Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  8. Customs Compliance: Collaborate with customs agencies to ensure compliance with export and import regulations.
  9. Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics operations efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in logistics, planning, or a related field.
  2. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administrative, International Business, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Experience with Foreign Trade, Planning, and Logistics, as well as knowledge of ERP modules and quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000).
  4. Language: Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
