Plant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at North American Production Sharing, Inc. This key role will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the plant's manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with company objectives, quality systems, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the industrial organization, participating in establishing objectives and strategies that determine the company's strategic direction.
  • Formulate, negotiate, and manage the organization's objectives and budgets, as well as strategies and action plans to achieve those objectives.
  • Determine and execute administrative policies through subordinate managers.
  • Ensure the optimal operation of departments within the organization, including production, quality, finance, materials, engineering, maintenance, and human resources.
  • Select, train, motivate, and develop staff, as well as act as a facilitator and promote interdepartmental harmony.
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business management, business, or related field preferred; master's in business administration or management a plus.
  • 3 years' previous experience as a plant manager.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its place in the market.
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
