**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Assistant for our clients in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and organizing real estate documents and contracts.
- Providing customer support and responding to client inquiries.
- Conducting market research and generating reports for real estate trends and property listings.
- Supporting sales activities, including lead generation and follow-up.
- Coordinating property showings and managing appointments.
- Assisting with social media management and online marketing efforts.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good level of English.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
**Work Arrangements**
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, with expected hours of 20-40 per week. You will work from a hybrid remote location in Lomas Del Country, Jal.
**Compensation**
The hourly rate for this position is $79.53 - $139.17 per hour.
