We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance division, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Operations: Oversee the maintenance operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and running smoothly.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring they are providing high-quality services at competitive prices.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control maintenance costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing strategies to reduce expenses.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with property managers, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure that maintenance needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing a team of maintenance technicians.
- Strong vendor management skills, with experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with property managers, residents, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
