Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Compliance Specialist to join our team at Opmobility. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company operations comply with laws, regulations, and internal standards.

In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor compliance and data protection programs to ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. You will also provide advice and guidance on compliance and data protection issues to internal teams and management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance and data protection policies and procedures.
  • Ensure ongoing training of employees on compliance and data protection topics.
  • Monitor company activities to ensure compliance with data protection laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Investigate incidents of non-compliance and data breaches, and take corrective action.
  • Stay informed of legislative and regulatory changes in the different countries where the company operates.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in law, finance, risk management, or similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance and/or data protection role, preferably in an industrial or international environment.
  • Professional certifications in compliance and data protection, such as CIPP/E.
