Business Development Representative for RUCKUS Network Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to support our RUCKUS product portfolio in Mexico.
Ruckus Networks, a CommScope business, is looking to expand its presence in the region by establishing strong relationships with resellers and growing revenue through sales initiatives.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
Establishing and managing RUCKUS presence within existing and new resellers
Growing incremental revenue through management of sales initiatives with designated resellers
Recruiting, training, and onboarding new or prospective resellers
Delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual partner forecast/pipeline and business activity to the RUCKUS sales management team
Executing and managing marketing and promotional campaigns and activities through resellers
Conducting quarterly business reviews and quarterly business planning sessions with assigned resellers
Managing CommScope Partner Pro program compliance and benefits with assigned resellers
Interacting strongly with the distribution account manager of the region to coordinate activities and campaigns with RUCKUS distributors
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1-3 years of previous selling experience
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Understanding of RUCKUS solutions and industry trends
Proficient in English and Spanish language (written and spoken)
