Job Summary

This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we will expect to see you in the office 3 times a week.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with an incredible positive attitude who is excited to see processes and procedures all the way through from beginning to end:

  • Purchase Orders (stationery, office supplies etc), vendors and office management activities
  • Control and administration of vacations and payroll incidents
  • Physical and digital files control
  • Travel agencies management and trips coordination with employees across LATAM
  • Petty cash administration and control
  • Capable of inspiring trust, motivating partners, and team members in a collaborative manner.
  • Supporting Finance department and administrative activities for Mexico City office
  • Efficient functioning and documentation for internal administrative processes
  • Delivering clear, persuasive, and technically sound oral and written communications while explaining and communicating things effectively.
