About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the deployment of our Global Business Platform in the Finance domain. As a key member of our Regional Transition Team, you will work closely with our Digital & Technology counterparts and Global Functions to ensure a seamless integration of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead the platform deployment plan, change strategy, and capabilities required to mobilize and collaborate with DBB Deployment, OpCo, and Global Functions to achieve DBB program objectives.
- Maintain the project drumbeat, lead and guide the deployment process, and manage resources.
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders on a tactical and strategic level.
Requirements
- 5+ years of managerial experience in a complex international environment and in cross-functional programs and/or ERP/platform implementation.
- Required work experience in Finance.
- Strong understanding and experience working within and implementing complex change projects, developing and delivering change management and organizational impact strategy.
- Functional skills: stakeholder management, change management, organizational transformation, process-oriented thinking, analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Fluent English is a must.
