Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team at Enovis México. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily US-MX Customs and traffic operations in the US-Mexico border.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage import permits, coordinate item classification, and resolve Customs entries discrepancies.
  • Implement standard operational procedures, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and review import-export pedimentos and Customs broker billing.
  • Administer duty preference programs, support Annex 24 and Annex 30 compliance, and maintain IVA-IEPS and OEA certification.
  • Communicate with government agencies, assist with the creation of procedures, and support Sr. Global Trade Manager with Cash Management and OPEX project initiative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of Trade Compliance experience, including knowledge of Import-Export regulations and FDA requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and Annex 24 System.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
