We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Product Engineer Sr to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing complex diagnosis and analysis of return units, providing technical support to projects, and coordinating with suppliers to resolve complex failures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex diagnosis and analysis of return units to identify root causes of failures
- Provide technical support to projects, including analysis and documentation of results
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve complex failures and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement process improvements to achieve KPIs and improve overall efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability
Requirements:
- Electronical or Mechatronic Engineering degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role and in the automotive industry
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
