We are seeking a skilled and experienced LATAM Partnership Development Manager to join our team in Mexico City.

About the Role

This role is a key moment to join Aircall's growth journey. As a LATAM Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic partnerships with leading integration providers and channel partners to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Tech to evaluate and pursue growth opportunities in the market. Your leadership and knowledge of the market will help drive the go-to-market strategy, ensuring smooth execution and sustained growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Management: Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners (e.g., System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms).
  • Business Development: Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircall's market presence in LATAM.
  • Lead and accelerate sales growth in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile by executing business strategies tailored to these markets.
  • Provide strategic insights, working closely with the Sales Director, to adapt Aircall's vision and strategy for the region.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to establish and grow our presence in a new market, demonstrating autonomy.
  • Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Naturally curious and passionate about learning and adapting to new markets, technologies, and sales strategies in Latin America (LATAM).
