**Job Summary**

Prodensa is seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decision-making
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger accounts and fixed assets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders
  • Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with three to five years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of accounting software, such as Infor XA and QuickBooks, is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Master's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights
