Lead Financial Planning and Analysis for Content Licensing
Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Content Licensing to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) Content Licensing function within the Warner Bros. Discovery Studios Center of Excellence (COE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial planning and analysis strategies to support Content Licensing business objectives.
- Collaborate with COE leadership to determine resourcing needs and organization structure.
- Ensure timely delivery of planning responsibilities, including forecast preparation, submission, and budget preparation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to execute key initiatives, including global process alignment, continuous improvement, and implementation of planning and reporting best practices.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize business initiatives and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of related professional experience, with at least 8 years' experience in a management position.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree in a related field a plus.
- English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes.
- Experience managing large teams, commercial, and media experience a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
- Effective communicator at all levels of the organization with the ability to influence others and negotiate outcomes.
